PURPOSE: A spool rotation control structure for a baitcast reel is provided to prevent magnetic force from being applied to a spool. CONSTITUTION: A spool rotation control structure for a baitcast reel comprises a spool cover(100), a first cam(200), a magnet assembly(300), a second cam(400), and a control dial(500). The spool cover is arranged in the upper part of the spool. The first cam is combined with the upper part of the spool cover and is provided with restoring force in the opposite direction of the spool. The magnet assembly is combined with the first cam and is lifted as the first cam is lifted. The second cam is combined with the first cam and lifts the first cam.
