PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discomfort at the time of attachment and during attachment, in dissolution type microneedle pharmaceutical preparations.SOLUTION: An attachment part 10 which is provided with a substrate 12 and a plurality of needle parts 14 protruded from one face of the substrate 12 is provided. The needle parts 14 contains component (A): 20-90 mass% of one or more selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronate and pullulan and component (B): 0.5-50 mass% of a cyclic terpene compound.
