The module scans the cartridge label corresponding to the patient and the pill and authenticates the cartridge based on the patient data and the pill. In response to authenticating, the system determines dosing regimen based on patient data and pills and extracts the pills from the pill cartridge. The module verifies the correct extraction of the pill based on the dosing schedule and ensures that the pill is dispensed in a predetermined amount at a predetermined time.
