The present invention relates to a cosmetic mask pack composition for forming instant gel on skin by primarily and secondarily applying the same to the skin. The instant gel composition comprises a primary gel type application composition containing alginic acid or alginate, and a secondary spray type application composition containing divalent or higher positive ions. More specifically, the primary application composition adds 0.01-15.00 wt% of alginic acid or alginate to a gel forming composition, and the secondary application composition adds 0.01-60.00 wt% of divalent or positive ions to a skin softening solution.
