PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure estimation device capable of suppressing the occurrence of a state in which a calibration value cannot be determined.SOLUTION: A blood pressure estimation device includes: a pulse wave signal acquisition unit acquiring a pulse wave signal; a finger detection unit detecting that the finger is in a signal acquisition position allowing acquisition of a pulse wave signal; a blood pressure estimation unit estimating a blood pressure of a subject, based on a pulse wave signal, on condition that it is detected that the finger is in the signal acquisition position; a cuff measurement unit measuring a blood pressure using a cuff, on condition that it is detected the finger is in the signal acquisition position; a calibration value calculation unit calculating a calibration value by using a blood pressure estimated with the blood pressure estimation unit, and a blood pressure measured with the cuff measurement unit; and a calibration unit calibrating a blood pressure estimated with the blood pressure estimation unit by using a calibration value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
