PURPOSE: A porous puff for cosmetics and cosmetic composition dipped in the same are provided to have excellent physical property which can uniformly exhaust the cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A porous puff for cosmetics has the density of 20-50 kg/m. The porous puff for cosmetics is in an open cell structure having the pore size of 20-100ppi. The porous puff for cosmetics has the elasticity of 20-50%. The cosmetic composition is dipped into the porous puff for cosmetics having the density of 20-50 kg/m. The cosmetic composition includes 0.5-5 wt% of silicon elastomer gel ingredient. The silicon elastomer gel ingredient is cyclopenta chamber furnace acid/poly-silicon -11/dimethicone, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer or vinyl dimethicone/lauryl dimethicone-cross-polymer/squalene. The cosmetics composition comprises 30-50 wt% of aqueous composition, 1-5weight% of emulsifier, 20-50 weight% of oily ingredient, 1-20 weight% of pigment and 5-30 weight% of UV blocking agent. The cosmetics composition has the viscosity of 3000-12000 cps.20~50 kg/㎥의 밀도를 가지는 다공성 화장용 퍼프 및 이에 함침된 화장료 조성물에 관한 것을 제공한다.상기 다공성 화장용 퍼프는 저점도의 리퀴드 타입의 화장료 조성물을 포함하여도 퍼프가 변형되지 않을 수 있다. 상기 다공성 화장용 퍼프는 상기 화장료 조성물을 효과적으로 함침시키면서 균일하게 배출할 수 있는 우수한 물성을 가질 수 있다. 상기 다공성 화장용 퍼프는 저점도의 리퀴드 타입의 화장료 조성물을 포함하는 것에 의해 가벼운 느낌과 촉촉한 수분감을 부여하여 산뜻한 사용감을 제공할 수 있다. 상기 저점도의 리퀴드 타입의 화장료 조성물은 실리콘 엘라스토머 성분이 포함되어져 외부의 일정한 압력에도 충분한 탄성을 가지는 젤 네트워크를 형성하여 화장료의 분리 및 무기산화물의 침강을 방지하여 저장안정성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
