A skin perforator comprises: a light source module for outputting light； a laser medium part comprising a laser medium in which the laser medium is excited by light output from the light source module to output a laser； and a reflection part configured to reflect the light output from the light source module to allow the same to be inputted into the laser medium part, wherein the reflection part has a hollow cylindrical shape with a portion thereof, which is removed in a circumferential direction.
