Pharmaceutical composition comprising stem cells treated with NOD2 agonist or culture thereof for prevention and treatment of immune diseases and inflammatory diseases
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of immune disorders and inflammatory diseases, comprising stem cells that are generated by culturing stem cells expressing Nucleotide-binding Oligomerization Domain protein 2 (NOD2) with a NOD2 agonist or a culture thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for suppressing immune responses or inflammatory responses of a subject, comprising the step of administering the pharmaceutical composition, the stem cells or culture thereof to the subject, a method for preparing an immunosuppressive drug or an anti-inflammatory drug using the stem cells or culture thereof, a method for preparing PGE 2 or TGF-²1 comprising the step of culturing NOD2-expressing stem cells in culture medium with a NOD2 agonist, a graft comprising stem cells expressing NOD2 and the NOD2 agonist, a method for preparing the graft, a composite comprising stem cells expressing NOD2 and the NOD2 agonist, and a culture generated by culturing the NOD2-expressing stem cells with a NOD2 agonist.본 발명은 NOD2를 발현하는 줄기세포에 NOD2의 아고니스트를 첨가하여 배양한 줄기세포 또는 그 배양물을 포함하는 면역질환 및 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 약학조성물, 상기 상기 줄기세포 또는 그 배양물을 피험체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 피험체의 면역반응 또는 염증반응을 억제하는 방법, 상기 줄기세포 또는 그 배양물을 이용하여 면역억제제 또는 항염증제의 제조 방법, NOD2를 발현하는 줄기세포에 NOD2의 아고니스트를 첨가하여 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 PGE2또는 TGF-β1의 제조 방법, NOD2를 발현하는 줄기세포 및 NOD2의 아고니스트를 포함하는 이식체, 상기 이식체의 제조방법, NOD2를 발현하는 줄기세포 및 NOD2의 아고니스트를 포함하는 복합체 및 NOD2를 발현하는 줄기세포에 NOD2의 아고니스트를 첨가하여 얻은 배양물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 약학 조성물은 부작용이 알려진 기존의 면역억제제 및 염증억제제를 대체하는, 부작용이 없고 경제적으로 사용될 수 있는 세포치료제로서 클론스병, 류마티스 관절염, 아토피 등 자가면역질환과 같은 면역질환 및 감염 및 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료에 사용될 수 있는바 유용하다.
