The present invention relates to an extraction method of Siraitia grosvenorii and a composition containing a Siraitia grosvenorii extract, and more specifically, to an extraction method capable of reducing the off-odor, enhancing the sweet taste, and increasing the elution of active ingredients of a Siraitia grosvenorii extract, and to a composition using the same.
