The present invention relates to a method for normalizing a Geumsan black ginseng having an antioxidant effect, and to a Geumsan black ginseng normalized through the method. The method according to the present invention comprises: drying wild ginsengs at a temperature of 90-96C for 3-5 hours steaming the dried wild ginsengs at 45-55C for 36-48 hours drying the steamed wild ginseng at 40-60C for 2-4 hours and producing normalized black ginsengs by repeating the drying step and the steaming step for 1-9 times. The Geumsan black ginseng normalized through the method according to the present invention contains benzopyrene having an amount which is equal to or less than a standard value, or does not contain benzopyrene at all. Also, the Geumsan black ginseng has an antioxidant effect, and a small amount of improved ginsenoside which is beneficial to a human body is contained therein.본 발명은 항산화 효능을 보유한 금산흑삼의 규격화 방법 및 상기 방법으로 규격화된 금산흑삼에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 규격화 방법은 수삼을 90℃~96 ℃의 온도에서 3시간~5시간 건조하는 단계 상기 건조된 수삼을 45℃~55℃에서 36시간~48시간동안 증숙하는 단계 상기 증숙된 수삼을 40~60℃에서 2~4시간 동안 건조하는 단계 및 상기 건조 단계 및 증숙 단계를 1~9회 반복하여 규격화된 흑삼을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 방법으로 규격화된 금산흑삼은, 기준치 이하 벤조피렌을 함유하거나 아예 벤조피렌을 함유하지 않으며, 항산화 효과를 보유하고 있으며 또한 인체에 유익한 미량 진세노사이드가 증진되어서 함유되어 있는 특징을 보유하고 있다.
