PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evidence collection preservation method that can strike a balance between the evidence collection performance in the evidence collection and the suppression of deformation of the evidence in the evidence storage.SOLUTION: An evidence collection preservation method is configured by: affixing an evidence article on an adhesive layer of a sheet for evidence collection preservation provided with an energy ray curable adhesive layer on a transparent substrate applying energy ray to the adhesive layer after affixing the evidence article and preserving the adhesive layer after affixing the evidence article and/or the evidence article affixed to the adhesive layer.
