The invention provides a method for enhancing the delivery of an anti-platelet drug for the treatment of acute stroke, comprising delivering a composition comprising an anti-platelet drug and a vehicle that can reduce the binding rate of plasma proteins, so that the anti-platelet drug can achieve the effect of treating acute stroke at a low dose. By use of the neuro-protective efficacy of anti-platelet drug, the invention allows the drug to release slowly to the site of treatment by combining anti-platelet drugs with a vehicle that can reduce the binding rate of plasma proteins to effectively reduce the dose of the anti-platelet drug and consequently reduce the side effects such as hypotension caused by administration of a high dose of the anti-platelet drugs. The invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing treatment of acute stroke and a method for treating acute stroke using the pharmaceutical composition of the invention.本發明係提供一種增強治療急性中風之抗血小板藥物之遞送方法,包含低劑量之抗血小板藥物及一可降低血漿蛋白結合率之載體的組合物遞送,使得該低劑量抗血小板藥物能於一段有效時間達成治療急性中風之功效,本發明藉由將抗血小板藥物和一可降低血漿蛋白結合率之載體結合使藥物可以緩慢地釋放至治療部位,能有效降低給予大劑量抗血小板藥物時所造成的血壓降低等副作用之產生。本發明亦提供一種增強治療急性中風之醫藥組合物。
