The present invention provides a container for transporting live fish, in which a mechanical device and a fish tank are separated by dividing the container for transporting live fish into a mechanical room and a cargo room. As a result, the possibility of a malfunction and corrosion of devices sensitive to moisture such as a fuse box, an electric control box, an image saving device, a DO temperature controller, a skimmer, a switchgear, a UPS, a cooler, etc. can be reduced. In particular, unlike an existing method of having a cooling system installed on a bottom of a fish tank, the cooling system in the present invention is separately installed from the fish tank, thus storage efficiency can be improved by constantly maintaining the water temperature in the fish tank. Moreover, the container for transporting live fish uses a water-cooled cooling method rather than an air-to-air cooling method, thus the temperature can be constantly maintained regardless of the outside temperature.
