To provide a wheeled walker capable of enhancing the degree of installation freedom of front wheels and rear wheels.SOLUTION: A wheeled walker 10 includes a pair of left and right leg body parts 11. The respective leg body parts 11 have front leg frames 15 where casters 19 including front wheels 17 are fitted to lower end parts； and rear leg frames 16 where rear wheels 18 are fitted to lower end parts. The respective leg body parts 11 can be shifted to a leg opening state in which the lower part of the front leg frames 15 and the lower part of the rear leg frames 16 separate from each other and a leg closing state in which the lower part of the front leg frame 15 and the lower part of the rear leg frame 16 approximate to each other. The front leg frames 15 of the respective leg body parts 11 have lower side frame parts 15c inclined inward in the horizontal direction as they go downward in a frontal view.
