PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that has no or less sticky feel after application, and is stable, particularly over time and/or under raised temperature, even if polyglyceryl fatty acid ester and silicone is comprised.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition comprising(a) at least one kind of oil,(b) at least one kind of polyglyceryl fatty acid ester,(c) at least one kind of polyoxyalkylenated organosilicon compound,(d) at least one kind of nonionic surfactant except (b) polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, and(e) at least one kind of anionic surfactants.
