The present invention relates to an audio guidance system reporting the low voltage of a battery and a medical scooter having an audio guidance system comprising: a low voltage sensor which senses the low voltage state of a battery in a medical scooter for recharging the battery and outputs sensed signals； a control unit receiving the sensed signal output from the low voltage sensor and outputting the voice guidance in case of the low voltage state of the battery； a memory unit storing voice guidance； and an audio output unit outputting the voice guidance stored in the memory unit to the outside. The audio guidance system reporting the low voltage of a battery and the medical scooter having an audio guidance system according to the present invention are provided to solve the inconvenience and risks, which are caused by running the scooter after missing the chance of recharging the battery, by reporting the low voltage state of the battery beforehand； to remove inconvenience for users such as the old, the infirm and the disabled by accurately and intelligibly reporting the causes stopping the scooter such as the released state of an electronic brake； and to prevents the users from misunderstanding the causes of the failures of the scooter such as the low voltage state and the released state of an electronic brake and therefore, from wasting money on fixing the misunderstood causes of the failures.
