PURPOSE: An epidemic prevention device is provided to enable a user to easily vary the discharge direction an antiseptic solution. CONSTITUTION: An epidemic prevention device comprises: a tank(2) which is installed in a vehicle and contains antiseptic solution and water； an epidemic prevention module case(10) installed at the vehicle； a lower frame(20) installed in the epidemic prevention module case； an upper frame(30) which is arranged in the upper part of the lower frame to rotate to the left and right； an outer tube(40) which is connected to the upper frame to rotate up and down； a blower installed in the outer tube； a centrifugal nebulizer(60)； a vertical rotation device(70)； and a left and right rotation device. 본 발명에 따른 방역기는 차량에 설치되고 물과 소독약의 소독액이 담겨지는 탱크와； 차량에 설치된 방역 모듈 케이스와； 방열 모듈 케이스에 설치된 하부 프레임과； 하부 프레임 상측에 좌우 회전되게 배치된 상부 프레임과； 상부 프레임에 상하 회전되게 연결된 외통체와； 외통체로 공기를 통과시키게 외통체에 설치된 송풍기와； 탱크의 소독액을 상기 외통체 내벽을 향해 원심 무화시키게 설치된 원심 무화기와； 탱크의 소독액을 원심 무화기로 공급하는 소독액 공급기와； 상부 프레임을 좌우 회전시키게 설치된 좌우 회전기구와； 외통체를 상하 회전시키게 설치된 상하 회전기구를 포함하여, 연료소모와 환경오염을 최소화하면서 방역 작업을 할 수 있고, 방역 영역의 최대한 확대할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
