The present invention is a novel strain capable of inhibiting cabbage from microorganisms isolated from the fungal samples of softwood contaminated area, culture medium and crude extract using culture medium, and eco-friendly plant disease control agent using the same and eco-friendly preparations for use as biopesticides. Disclosed is a method, and more particularly, the present invention discloses a method of controlling a cabbage softwood environmentally friendly control agent to soil or plant through various formulation methods using the above strain, its culture solution and crude extract.본 발명은 무름병 오염지의 균원 시료로부터 분리한 미생물로부터 배추무름병을 억제할 수 있는 신규 균주, 배양액을 이용한 배양액 및 조추출물 이를 이용한 친환경 식물병 방제제 및 이를 소재화로 이용 친환경제제 생물농약으로 활용에 대한 방법을 개시하며, 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 상기의 균주, 이의 배양액 및 조추출물을 이용하여 다양한 제형화 방안을 통해 배추무름병 친환경방제제를 토양 또는 식물에 처리하는 방제 방법을 개시한다.
