The stem cell to the supporter is transformed in decellularization.본 발명은 탈세포화된 세포외 기질을 이용한 줄기세포 이식용 고분자 지지체의 표면 개질 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고분자 지지체의 표면 개질 방법은 특정세포로부터 유래된 탈세포화된 세포외 기질을 이용하여 지지체 표면을 개질함으로써, 세포부착을 용이하게 하고 나아가 줄기세포의 성장 및 분화에도 효과적인 생체모방형의 표면 환경을 구현할 수 있다.
