PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device, operation method, and program capable of obtaining a blood pressure state where influence of a respiratory fluctuation, a body motion, etc., is suppressed (canceled) without complicating a configuration.SOLUTION: Blood pressure pulse wave measurement means 12 measures a blood pressure pulse wave of a subject. Unit pulse wave generation means 13 generates a unit pulse wave corresponding to one heart beat or multiple heart beats from a blood pressure pulse wave on the basis of analysis of heart beat of the subject. Unit pulse wave extraction means 14 analyzes a unit pulse wave generated by the unit pulse wave generation means 13 and extracts a necessary unit pulse wave and unnecessary unit pulse wave by discrimination in response to the analysis. Output means 15 outputs a display screen for displaying a necessary unit pulse wave and an unnecessary pulse wave discriminated by the unit pulse wave extraction means 14 in different display effects.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
