The present invention relates to a hydrogel formed in two parts, comprising a mixed solution consisting of solution A and solution B in a weight ratio of 5:95 to 40:60, mixed with 0.5-2 parts by weight of one of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) or polyvinylalcohol (PVA) mixed with 100 parts by weight of water, as a tackifier, wherein the solution A is a prepolymer having 1.0-3.0 wt% of NCO groups, produced by mixing diisocyanate and a polyol having 2-4 hydroxyl groups and having a molecular weight of 1,000-7,000 in a weight ratio of 10:90-30:70, and the solution B is produced by mixing 20-30 parts by weight of an amine polyol and 5-20 parts by weight of a glycol in 100 parts by weight of water. The hydrogel shows excellent adhesive properties.본 발명은 이액형으로 형성되는 하이드로겔에 있어서,디이소시아네이트(diisocyanate)와 수산기가 2~4개를 갖는 분자량 1,000~7,000인 폴리올(polyol)을 중량비 10:90~30:70으로 혼합하여 형성된 NCO기가 1.0~3.0wt%인 프리폴리머(prepolymer)인 A액과, 물 100중량부에 아민 폴리올(polyol) 20~30중량부, 글리콜류 5~20중량부가 혼합된 B액을 중량비 5:95 내지 40:60으로 조성된 혼합액에, 점착부여제인 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP : Polyvinylpyrrolidone)또는 폴리비닐알콜(PVA : Polyvinylalcohol) 중 어느 하나가 상기 물 100중량부에 0.5~2중량부 혼합되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착성이 우수한 하이드로겔에 관한 것이다.
