Disclosed is a therapeutic and/or ameliorating agent or a therapy and/or amelioration method for disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) which has a higher therapeutic effect. Specifically disclosed is a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for DIC, which comprises thrombomodurin as an active ingredient. The therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent is administered to a patient having a decreased anti-thrombin level, namely a patient having an activation value of anti-thrombin in the plasma of less than 50%.Linvention concerne un agent thérapeutique et/ou améliorant ou une thérapie et/ou un procédé damélioration pour la coagulation intravasculaire disséminée (DIC) qui a un effet thérapeutique supérieur.
