The device has a glass tank (4) containing garra rufa fish and water, and a water treatment device (16) adjacent to the tank. The water treatment device includes a first compartment (9) connected to a TAP 200(RTM: water purifier), and a second compartment (12) with a biological and/or mechanical filter. A third compartment (13) communicating with the second compartment is connected to a UV lamp.
