According to the present invention, the method includes: a honey and herb medicine preparation step (S100) of preparing ingredients which are honey and herb medicines； a mixing step (S200) of making a mixture by mixing the prepared ingredients at a predetermined weight ratio； a boiling step (S300) of putting the mixture in a boiling pot, and then, making an extract by boiling the mixture at a predetermined temperature； an aging step (S400) of aging the extract by heating the boiled mixture； a heating and concentrating step (S500) of making a concentrate by heating the aged extract； a heating and aging step (S600) of aging the concentrate by heating the concentrate and removing moisture from the concentrate； and a cooling and drying step (S700) of cooling the heated and aged concentrate, and drying the cooled concentrate to make a pill.
