PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of sound and vibration generated from a temperature control part to a pet resting on a mat part as compared with a conventional one, and to improve the flexibility of layout where the mat part is arranged as compared with a conventional one.SOLUTION: A cooling and heating apparatus for pets includes: a cooling and heating mat 10 on which a pet lies and has a rest and a cooling and heating control unit 20 which lets liquid whose temperature is adjusted to a target temperature flow inside the cooling and heating mat 10.
