The present invention relates to an endoscope system for minimizing image quality degradation. The endoscope system according to various embodiments of the present invention includes: a light source to output first light； a core bundle including a plurality of cores which are transmission media of the first light； a beam scanner to sequentially radiate the first light to the cores； a first light detector to detect second light emitted from a sample as a first detection signal； a second light detector to detect third light generated based on the first light as a second detection signal； and a controller to correct the first detection signal based on the second detection signal.본 발명의 다양한 실시 예에 따른 내시경 시스템은, 제1 광을 출력하는 광원과； 각각 상기 제1 광의 전송 매체가 되는 복수의 코어를 포함하는 코어 번들과； 상기 복수의 코어에 순차로 상기 제1 광을 조사하는 빔 스캐너와； 샘플로부터 방출된 제2 광을 제1 검출 신호로 검출하는 제1 광검출기와； 상기 제1 광에 근거하여 생성된 제3 광을 제2 검출 신호로 검출하는 제2 광검출기와； 상기 제2 검출 신호에 근거하여 상기 제1 검출 신호를 보정하는 제어부를 포함한다.
