PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the rotation of an adaptor to a blood sampling holder of a lock type, even being an adaptor corresponding to a blood sampling holder of both screw type and lock type.SOLUTION: An adaptor 20 is mounted on a mounting part 4 which is provided in a bottom 7 of a blood sampling holder 3 of a bottomed hollow cylindrical body and is formed with a through hole 9. The adaptor 20 includes: a hollow body part 21 which can be connected to a butterfly needle 40 for blood sampling from the human body, and in which sampled blood flows; a flange part 22 which is provided at a base end side of the body part 21 and is abutted on a tip face 8 of the mounting part 4; and a cylindrical projection 23 which extends from the flange part 22 to an opposite direction to the body part 21, and is inserted into the through hole 9 of the mounting part 4.
