One rTMS coil or set of coils is designed to affect multiple regions of the brain with synchronized magnetic field pulses. Disclosed are a plurality of coils arranged on top of a target area of interest, or a single coil extended or expanded in a manner that allows a magnetic field to affect the area of interest.
