The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of fermented sawdust for a mushroom culture medium having a sorting apparatus. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a frame having a suspension space in the center； suspension support shafts installed on both sides of an upper side of the frame to be rotatable； an up and down open sorting body installed inside the suspension space of the frame, and where a sorting net is detachably installed on the inclined floor； suspension supports fixedly installed in the front and the rear of both sides, and where a suspension connection portion and a driving connection portion are gradually comprised in a longitudinal direction； a suspension where one end of the suspension support is hinge-connected to the suspension connection portion and the other end is connected to the suspension support shaft on the frame (10) to be rotatable； a crank plate where one end of the suspension support is hinge-connected to the driving connection portion； mixers respectively installed in the front and the rear of an upper portion of the sorting net of the floor of the sorting body, and where the end of a rotary mixing support is contacted with an upper side of the sorting net； a transfer apparatus which transfers sorting sawdust which passes through the sorting net of the sorting body； and a transfer apparatus which transfers sawdust for resorting which is discharged through an outlet of the sorting body.
