PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug dispensing system which makes it possible to prevent handling errors when drugs are picked.SOLUTION: A drug dispensing system 1 includes: a host computer 4 including an input device 8, to which is input prescription data based on a prescription； a drug issuing device 10 in which drugs are prestored and from which drugs are issued in accordance with the prescription data； and a picking and inspection device 20 for picking and inspecting drugs which have been picked in accordance with the prescription data. The drug issuing device 10 outputs replenishment information relating to drugs which have not been issued by the drug issuing device 10 but which need to be replenished.
