PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze weeding method and a weeding spray which can extremely effectively and easily perform weeding without using agricultural chemicals and chemical weeding agents and has extremely high safety.SOLUTION: In the freeze weeding method, object plants for weeding such as weeds vegetating in a farmland represented by a field, a kitchen garden, non-farmland such as a garden, a school, a golf course, a park, a railroad line and a slope or the like are frozen so as to be weeded without using the agricultural chemicals.
