PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular light stimulus apparatus which enables a wide local ERG examination or a full-field ERG examination in addition to a local ERG examination.SOLUTION: An ocular fundus is irradiated with background light and the stimulus light to stimulate a retina with stimulus light in order to perform a biological examination by bioelectrical signals from the retina. A background light source 11 for irradiating the ocular fundus with the background light and a stimulus light source 51 for irradiating the ocular fundus with the stimulus light are provided. In a first examination mode, the stimulus light is emitted to the ocular fundus in a range narrower than a range irradiated with the background light in stimulating the retina with light. In a second examination mode, the light volume of the background light for the irradiation is increased when the retina is stimulated with the light, and the background light with the increased light volume is emitted to the ocular fundus as the stimulus light in an irradiation range which is approximately the same as the irradiation range of the background light. In this configuration, the local, wide local, or full-field ERG examinations can be achieved by one apparatus.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】局所ERG検査のほかに、広範囲局所ないし全視野ERG検査が可能な眼光刺激装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼底に背景光及び刺激光を照射し、刺激光により網膜を光刺激して網膜からの生体電気信号により生体検査を行う。眼底に背景光を照射する背景光光源11と、眼底に刺激光を照射する刺激光光源51が設けられる。第1の検査モードでは、網膜を光刺激するとき刺激光を背景光の照射範囲より狭い範囲で眼底に照射し、第2の検査モードでは、網膜を光刺激するとき背景光の照射光量が増大され、光量が増大した背景光を刺激光として背景光の照射範囲とほぼ同一の照射範囲で眼底に照射する。このような構成では、一台の装置で、局所ERGと広範囲局所ないし全視野ERG検査が実現できる。【選択図】図4
