PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of discontinuous portions between sliced images.SOLUTION: In a helical scan using a multiseriate X-ray detector, when a plurality of the sliced images are reconstructed by heartbeat-synchronized multisector reconstruction, a ratio of use of projection data in a plurality of sectors used for reconstruction of the sliced images is unequalized. Using a first projection data of a prescribed time phase at a first cycle and a second projection data of the prescribed time phase at a second cycle which are mutually adjacent, a plurality of the sliced images which are included between first and second positions in a Z direction where the first and second projection data are collected, are reconstructed. The plurality of sliced images which includes the sliced images where, in relation to a sliced image where the a position in the Z direction is nearer to the first position, a view range of the first projection data are increased, and in relation to a sliced image where it is nearer to the second position, a view range of the second projection data are increased, are reconstructed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】スライス画像間で不連続な部分の形成を低減する。【解決手段】多列X線検出器を用いたヘリカルスキャンにおいて、心拍同期のマルチセクタ画像再構成法を用いて複数のスライス画像を画像再構成する際に、スライス画像の再構成に使用する複数のセクターの投影データの使用比率を不均等な比率とするものであり、隣接する第1の周期における所定時相の第1の投影データと第2の周期における前記所定時相の第2の投影データとを用いて、第1の投影データと第2の投影データが収集されたZ方向の第1、第2の位置の間に含まれる複数のスライス画像を画像再構成するものであり、Z軸方向の位置が第1の位置により近いスライス画像については第1の投影データのビュー範囲をより多くし、第2の位置により近いスライス画像については第2の投影データのビュー範囲をより多くしたスライス画像を含む前記複数のスライス画像を画像再構成する、というものである。【選択図】図2
