The portable magnetic acupoint stimulator comprises: a main body which has a control unit and a magnetic patch which is attachable to the skin, is controlled by the control unit of the main body while being spaced apart from the main body, and generates a magnetic field by emitting the magnetic field. The magnetic patch comprises: a magnetic output module which generates the magnetic field a patch case which accommodates the magnetic output module and a patch vibrator which operates in synchronization with the magnetic output module to simultaneously apply a magnetic stimulus and a vibration stimulus to a human body.
