PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of activating functions of the body such as blood circulation by warming a portion to be massaged at an optimum timing before performing massage, and greatly increasing the effect which the massage exerts on the body.SOLUTION: A massage machine is provided with: a massage mechanism built in the massage machine and heating means. Before performing massage operation with the massage mechanism, heating operation is performed to a portion to be massaged of a person to be massaged with the massage mechanism and the portion to be massaged is warmed in a state of being pushed directly or indirectly, and the massage is performed. Thus, the massage is performed in a state where the portion to be massaged is sufficiently warmed and suitable conditions are prepared. The massage machine can further improve an effect which the massage exerts on the body and perform the massage efficiently, and promotes state improvement of the body of the person to be massaged through the massage.
