A performing doctor recording part 240 records a doctor who has performed examinations. A state information acquisition part 170 acquires state information on states of the examinations, and an examination state monitoring part 184 determines whether or not the examinations have been started as scheduled from the state information acquired by the state information acquisition part 170.
