The present invention relates to a microjet drug injection device injecting an injection drug into a target part by spraying the drug like a high-speed microjet and, more specifically, relates to a microjet drug injection device capable of preventing the degradation of the speed and efficiency of spraying, caused by air bubbles generated in a drug stored in an injector after microjet-spraying. The microjet drug injection device includes: a pressure chamber having a sealed inner space fully filled with working fluids； a drug chamber storing a drug and comprising a micronozzle formed in one side to emit the drug to the outside； an elastic membrane having elasticity to be expanded and contracted, and dividing the pressure chamber and the drug chamber； an energy concentrating device generating bubbles by concentrating energy on the working fluids； a drug storage connected to the drug chamber through a drug supply channel to supply the drug to the chamber through the channel； and a nozzle closer closing at least one space of the drug chamber, including the drug supply channel and the elastic membrane, so that the space is not temporarily and spatially connected to the atmosphere outside the micronozzle before the elastic membrane becomes the original shape.본 발명은 주사 약물을 고속 마이크로젯(microjet) 형태로 분사하여 목표 부위에 침투시키는 마이크로젯 약물 주입 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 마이크로젯 분사 후에 인젝터 내부에 수용된 약물 용액에 공기 버블이 생성됨으로 인해 분사 속도 및 효율이 저하되는 문제를 방지할 수 있도록 고안된 개선된 마이크로젯 약물 주입 장치에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 마이크로젯 약물 주입 장치는, 밀폐된 내부 공간에 작동 유체가 밀실하게 채워진 압력 챔버와； 내부에 약물 용액이 수용되며 일측에 상기 약물 용액이 외부로 배출되는 마이크로 노즐이 형성된 약물 챔버와； 확장 및 원상회복이 가능하도록 탄성을 가지는 막으로 상기 압력 챔버와 상기 약물 챔버의 사이를 분리 구획하는 탄성막 및； 상기 압력 챔버 내의 작동 유체에 에너지를 집중시켜 버블을 발생시키는 에너지 집중 장치；를 포함하여 구성된 마이크로젯 약물 주입 장치에 있어서, 약물 공급로를 통해 상기 약물 챔버와 연결되어 상기 약물 공급로를 통해 내부에 저장된 약물 용액을 상기 약물 챔버로 공급하는 약물 저장고 및； 상기 탄성막이 확장된 후 원상회복되기 이전에 상기 약물 챔버의 내부 공간 중 적어도 상기 탄성막과 약물 연결로가 포함된 공간이 일시적으로 상기 마이크로 노즐 외부의 대기와 공간적으로 연통된 상태가 되지 않도록 차단하는 노즐 클로저；를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
