A needle base structure for use in a safe self-destructing syringe. The lower end of a needle base body is connected to an outer sleeve-type retracting-locking component (5) the upper end of the needle base body is fitted with a needle (1) while formed in proximity to the middle part of the needle base body is a flexible sealing stopper part (2). An annular cushioning gap (3) is provided on the surface of the flexible sealing stopper part (2). The outer wall of the flexible sealing stopper part (2) outside the annular cushioning gap (3) forms an annular sealing stopper engaging part (4). An asymmetric retracting-locking part having a flexibility feature is arranged on an end part of a matching syringe plunger. The locking piece is interlocked with the outer sleeve-type retracting-locking component (5) when being retracted. When the needle base is retracted into a barrel body of the syringe, in a stress environment of an asymmetric force, the needle base deflects to a side, while an injection needle therefore swings in the direction of a nearly 45 degree angle to a side of the inner wall of the barrel body. When the injection needle is fully retracted into the barrel body, the needle is locked by a neck part of the barrel body, thus preventing the injection body and the needle base from being pushed out of the barrel body again.Une structure de base daiguille destinée à être utilisée dans une seringue à autodestruction sûre.
