PURPOSE: A cultivation method of organic ginseng is provided to have a organic ginseng by using a composition which is comprised with natural materials which is fermented with a resident microflora culture fluid； and the resident microflora culture fluid. CONSTITUTION: A diluted composition is applied as a fertilizer after sowing a ginseng seed in a preparation field. The diluted composition is comprised by diluting a resident microflora culture fluid, a calcium phosphate liquid, a chitosan solution, a bone meal fish meal liquefied fertilizer, a red ginseng makkoli alcohol liquid, a phyllite liquid, a pyrethrum flower liquid, a natural calcium liquid, a natural juice of dormant root of ginseng and a snowbell alcohol liquid with 10 to 1200 times of the water. The resident microflora culture fluid is obtained by cultivating at least one resident microflora selected from a group which is comprised with bacteria, Actinomyces, mold and protozoan. A composition which is comprised by diluting a ginkgo alcohol liquid, a natural juice of Corydalis pallida (Thunb.) Persoon, a natural juice of Soiwoddong, a ginseng by-product microorganism digesting solution, a natural juice of Leonurus sibiricus Linne with 500 times to 1200 times of water is applied as a fertilizer at a time in which 4 years is passed after sowing the ginseng seed.
