PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle cartridge, preventing a used lancet from being used again.SOLUTION: This puncture needle cartridge 101 includes: a puncture needle holer 102 disposed on the outer peripheral surface of a lancet body 104 and provided with an opening 102a through which a puncture needle 201 can be projected and a protective cap 103 protecting so as to cover the opening 102a and formed to be separable from the puncture needle holder 102. The protective cap 103 includes: a base part 103a covering the opening 102a in joining and a pair of vertical walls 203 projecting from the base part 103a toward the puncture needle holder 102, with the tips thereof opposite to each other.
