A medical hand-drawing system comprises a display, a program processing apparatus, a graph editor, and a medical hand-drawing program. The medical hand-drawing program comprises a method of displaying and editing images, which further comprises a calling and displaying process, an editing process, and a re-displaying process. When executed, this method is capable of loading a base graph copy and displaying it on the display； then the base graph copy is loaded to the graph editor and edited by a physician. After the edition, the edited base graph copy is reloaded to replace the original base graph copy, and displayed on the display. In addition, a detail addition function can be used to consecutively load the base graphs and photographs of different injured parts of a patient and edition records such that a medical record can be formed. Thus, operation of the medical hand-drawing system is consistent with the working habits of a physician and can be used to produce electronic medical records, meeting the needs of a paperless environment.一種醫療手繪系統係由一顯示器、一程式處理設備、一圖形編輯器及一醫療手繪軟體所組成。其中該醫療手繪軟體具有一種影像顯示及編輯方法，其包含一呼叫及顯示程序、一編輯程序及一再顯示程序，藉執行此方法可以載入一拷貝底圖並顯示於該顯示器，且該拷貝底圖可以被載至該圖形編輯器並由醫師以手繪方式進行編修，俟編修完成後則可以再載回並取代拷貝底圖以顯示於該顯示器。此外可藉一新增明細的功能，逐次地將病患不同受傷位置的底圖與照片載入及編修記錄以形成醫療記錄。藉此，該醫療手繪系統的操作方式符合醫師的工作習慣，而且可以形成電子病歷以滿足無紙化環境的需求。
