PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary panties whose leg openings are positioned on thighs, which causes little displacement of a sanitary napkin or the like when it is worn, can stably maintain its shape, is comfortable to wear and can prevent failure in absorption of the sanitary napkin or contamination of themselves.
SOLUTION: The sanitary panties 10 have a waist opening 2 and a pair of leg openings 3 which are positioned on thighs when they are worn. A body 1 of the panties has tubularly knitted fabric 6 without seam which covers the waist of a wearer, and a crotch cloth 7. An inner crotch cloth 8 is further attached inside the body 1 and at the position where it overlaps the crotch cloth 7. The inner crotch cloth 8 is joined to the tubularly knitted fabric 6 around the waist either on the back or abdomen side and in the upper position of the joint position 22 between the crotch cloth 7 and the tubularly knitted fabric 6 around the waist at a predetermined spaced interval (a).
