PURPOSE: An evaporator core, coated a bio film layer, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent growing of microorganism and mold, that cause respiratory disease and odor, on an evaporator surface.CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an evaporator core, coated a bio film layer, is as follows. Foreign materials on an evaporator core surface are removed and cleaned (S10). Culture medium for growing microorganism spreads on the evaporator core surface(S20). On the evaporator surface spreading the culture medium, specific microorganism are attached(S30).
