The invention provides a method for treating myeloproliferative disorders, myelodysplastic syndromes and other diseases, in which activation of JAK2 contributes to pathology, in a mammal comprising administering to the mammal an effective amount of a fused pyrrolocarbazole derivative wherein the fused pyrrolocarbazole derivative inhibits the activity of JAK2.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement des syndromes myéloprolifératifs, des syndromes myélodysplasiques et dautres maladies dans lesquelles lactivation de la JAK2 contribue à la pathologie chez un mammifère.
