The device has a structure equipped with: a device main body (1) having an internal space that extends from one end to the other end, said other end being equipped with a discharge part a holding member (2) that is comprised of a continuous spiral body the axial direction of which is arranged extending within the internal space of the device main body (1) along the direction in which the internal space extends a partition plate (3) that divides the interior space of the holding member (2) into two along the axial direction thereof and a drive means (10) that rotates the holding member (2) and the partition plate (3) and sequentially discharges to the discharge part bagged medicines (14) which are held in each area formed by the holding member (2) and the partition plate (3).
