The present invention relates to a method for producing a rice cake composition containing wholegrain brown rice and brown rice pieces and a rice cake composition obtained through the same. Steamed wholegrain brown rice and brown rice pieces are mixed with a barley sprout rice cake so that the wholegrain brown rice and brown rice pieces inside and outside the barley sprout rice cake, especially on the surface thereof, can be seen.
