The present invention is a composition for improving vascular endothelial function, which contains a component selected from monounsaturated fatty acids having 20 or more carbon atoms, a salt thereof and an ester thereof as an active ingredient, with respect to the total fatty acid in the composition. The above composition, wherein the proportion of the monounsaturated fatty acid having 20 or more carbon atoms is 10% by weight or more.
