The present invention relates to a differentiation method to cardiac muscle cells using PdgfR-&alpha expressed cardiac progenitor cells, and to uses thereof. Effects in promoting the differentiation of cardiac muscle cells and effects in alleviating myocardial infarction are confirmed in the PdgfR-&alpha expressed cardiac progenitor cells of the present invention. Target treatment can be performed by fundamental approach, regarding the treatment and the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. The differentiation method from stem cells to cardiac muscle cells comprises the following steps: (a) inducing the expression of PdgfR-&alpha (b) selecting the PdgfR-&alpha expressed cardiac progenitor cells (c) culturing the selected cardiac progenitor cells in a serum-free N2/B27 medium and (d) measuring whether the cardiac muscle cell-specific gene is expressed in the cultured cells.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 PdgfR-α 발현된 심근전구세포를 이용한 심근세포로의 분화방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PdgfR-α가 발현된 심근전구세포에서 심근세포 분화 촉진효과 및 심근 경색 완화효과를 확인하였바, 심혈관계 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
