The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer, containing a mixed extract of milk vetch roots, Angelica gigas Nakai, and Trichosanthes kirilowii roots as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the mixed extract of milk vetch roots, Angelica gigas Nakai, and Trichosanthes kirilowii roots exhibits anticancer effects by suppressing proliferation of only cancer cells specifically without affecting growth of normal cells.
