A system 10 for delivering patient respiratory therapy comprises a patient interface 20, a connector system 60 for connection to a pressurised gas source and a conduit system 40 fluidly connecting patient interface 20 and connector system 60. System 10 includes a plurality of closable ports 32,68,which allow provision of a plurality of different modes of respiratory therapy. Modes of respiratory therapy may be at least two of CPAP, nCPAP, high flow therapy and resuscitation ventilation. Conduit system 40 may include first, second and third gas lines 42,46&44. Second and third gas lines 46,44 may be contained within the first gas line 42 along at least part of their length. Third gas line 44 may connect to a pressure monitor to monitor pressure at patient interface 20.A fixation device for securing a ventilation system a patients head comprising: a first part for attachment to a ventilation systems respiratory tube and a second part comprising a first plurality of straps forming adjustable loops for attachment to the first part and a second plurality of straps forming adjustable loops for attachment to a patient interface. Also a patient interface device for a ventilator system and a connector system for a ventilation system.
